The WSA (West Surrey Association of Surveyors, Auctioneers and
Estate Agents) is a self-regulating body. Our aim is to promote a code of
conduct amongst our members to maintain the highest professional standards
within the property industry.
We are a self-regulating body of property professionals set up to
ensure best practice and fair play within the industry. We provide regular
forums to help further our members' professional development and offer
excellent networking opportunities through social events.
Our members are all property professionals operating throughout
the West Surrey area, primarily along the A3 corridor from Farnham and
Haslemere, through Guildford and as far as Esher, Cobham, Claygate and
Oxshott.
Launched in 2010 to considerable acclaim, The Surrey
Property Awards reinforce the standards upheld by The WSA by encouraging good
practice and excellent service among its members. Voted for by the public, the
2012 Awards will be launched in May and promoted through the local media.
